2009 International Education Conference Exhibitor
Your company may have display booth space in the main auditorium of the conference throughout the duration of the conference with access to conference attendees. Exhibitors to supply own creative and display material. Exhibit space will be active beginning with the Thursday pre-conference workshop on March 26 and culminating in the final session on Friday, March 27. Exhibitors will be recognized in the 2009 International Education Conference program. Exhibit space is on a first come first served basis at no charge.
Sponsorship Opportunities
$250.00 : Logo Sponsor
Sponsor’s logo will appear in the 2009 IEC program.
$500.00 : Conference Name Badge Sponsor
Sponsor’s name and logo will appear on the conference identification badges. Sponsor will be recognized in the 2009 IEC program.
$750.00 : Tote Bag Sponsor
Sponsor’s name and logo will appear on the tote bags supplied to all conference attendees. Sponsor will be recognized in the 2009 IEC program.
$1,000.00 : Refreshment Break Sponsor
Sponsor’s name and logo will appear on the conference refreshment break in recognition of their sponsorship. Sponsor will be recognized in the 2009 IEC program.
$1,500.00 : Breakout Session Sponsor
Sponsor’s name and logo will appear at the breakout session they select in recognition of their sponsorship. Sponsor will be recognized in the 2009 IEC program.
$2,500.00 : Luncheon Sponsor
Sponsor’s name and logo will appear at the luncheon in recognition of their sponsorship. Sponsor will be thanked from the podium at lunch. Sponsor also has the opportunity to give a gift/information to conference attendees. Sponsor will be recognized in the 2009 IEC program.
$3,500.00 : Reception Sponsor
Sponsor’s name and logo will appear at the reception in recognition of their sponsorship. Sponsor will be thanked from the podium at the reception. Sponsor also has the opportunity to give a gift/information to conference attendees. Sponsor will receive 2 invitations to the 2009 International Education Conference reception on Thursday, March 26. Sponsor will be recognized in the 2009 IEC program. Sponsor will be noted on all press releases surrounding the conference.
$5,000.00 : Keynote Sponsor – Breakfast
Sponsor’s name and logo will appear at the breakfast in recognition of their sponsorship. Sponsor will be recognized from the podium at the breakfast and may introduce the keynote speaker. Sponsor also has the opportunity to give a gift/information to conference attendees. Sponsor will receive 2 invitations to the 2009 International Education Conference breakfast on Friday, March 27. Sponsor will be recognized in the 2009 IEC program. Sponsor will be noted on all press releases surrounding the conference.
$5,000.00 : Keynote Sponsor – Closing Session
Sponsor’s name and logo will appear at the closing session in recognition of their sponsorship. Sponsor will be recognized from the podium at the session and may introduce the keynote speaker. Sponsor also has the opportunity to give a gift/information to conference attendees. Sponsor will receive 2 invitations to the 2009 International Education Conference breakfast on Friday, March 27.
